Algebra - 1-7 Solving Equations Test Review - Students were given time in class to continue to work and ask questions on the Chapter 1 Review, pgs 50-53. HW - begin to study for the test on Friday.
7th Grade Math - Multiply & Divide Rational Numbers - Pg 49-50 from yesterday was reviewed at the beginning of class. Pg 46-47 from the Instruction book was modeled and solved together in class. The daily assignment was given; pg 51-52 in the Practice and Problem Solving book and students were given time to work together and ask questions. HW - finish pg 51-52 if not completed in class
8th Grade Math - Solving Problems with the Pythagorean Theorem - Pg 243-244 from Friday was reviewed together in class. Pgs 204-205 from the Instruction book was discussed and modeled together for students. Students were expected to take notes and copy modeled problems. The daily assignment was given; pg 245-246 in the Practice and Problem Solving book. HW - finish pgs 245-246 if not completed in class.
