Algebra -  4-1 Systems of Equations - With yesterday's afternoon classes being cancelled for the "Make-Up Day" yesterday's assignment was extended thru today, WS 4-1 Additional Practice.  HW - WS 4-1 Additional Practice

7th Grade Math - Proportional Relationships -  Pg 123-124 in the Practice and Problem Solving book.   HW - finish Pg 123-124

8th Grade Math -  Graphs of Functional Relationships -  Pg 109-110 was collected and the daily assignment was given; Pg 94-95 in the Instruction book.   HW - Finish Pg 94-95

Algebra -  4-1 Systems of Equations - Several students still have not completed Monday's assignment (Pg 148 13-24 all), these students were instructed to complete Monday's assignment and Tuesday's assignment (Online Quiz 4-1) before beginning today's assignment WS 4-1 Additional Practice.  HW - WS 4-1 Additional Practice

7th Grade Math - Proportional Relationships - Together Pg 112-113 in the Instruction book were solved and modeled before students were given the daily assignment, Pg 123-124 in the Practice and Problem Solving book.  NO HW

8th Grade Math -  Graphs of Functional Relationships -  Pg 107-108 in the Practice and Problem Solving from Tuesday was reviewed and discussed before going over Pg 92-93 together in the Instruction book.  The daily assignment was then given and students had time in class to work on Pg 109-110 in the Practice and Problem Solving book.   HW - Finish Pg 109-110

Algebra -  4-1 Systems of Equations - Students who finished Monday's assignment were asked to check their answers using the answer key and ask questions of any mistakes before starting today's assignment; Online Quiz/Survey 4-1 using a Chromebook.  HW - Finish Pg 148 13-24 all from Monday if not completed Monday or in class Tuesday.

7th Grade Math - Problem Solving with Proportional Relationships - Students had a make-up day to finishe the Quiz from Monday, complete any missing assignments, do corrections or complete any quiz retakes necessary to raise their grade before the end of the quarter.  NO HW

8th Grade Math -  Graphs of Functional Relationships -  Students were given the daily assignment; Pg 90-91 in the Instruction book and Pg 107-108 in the Practice and Problem Solving book and time to work in class after reviewing Monday's assignment.  NO HW

7th Grade Math - Problem Solving with Proportional Relationships - Pg 119-120 in the Practice and Problem Solving was collected, graded and returned to students to review.  Students were given Pg 110-111 in the Instruction book to work on during class.  HW - finish Pg 110-111

Algebra, 7th Grade Math & 8th Grade Math -   Students to an Interim Assessment (Practice ISAT) in class today.  The purpose of the practice ISAT is for students to familiarize themselves with the testing environment, see the types of questions they will be expected to know in May as well as have the opportunity see what they know and whay they need to work on before the May ISAT.  This data will also help drive instruction over the next couple of months.  NO HW

7th Grade Math - Problem Solving with Proportional Relationships - Yesterday's assignment Pg 115-117 was reviewed and discussed.  Pg 106-107 in the Instruction book was modeled together with students taking notes and answering as questions were solved.  The daily assignment Pg 117-118 in the Practice and Problem Solving book was assigned as HW.  HW - Finish Pg 117-118

8th Grade Math -  Analyze Linear Functions -  Pg 97-98 was corrected and collected.   Pg 82-83 in the Instruction book was assigned and students were instructed to complete these pages and check their answers before moving onto the daily assignment; Pg 99-100 in the Practice and Problem Solving book.  HW - finish Pg 99-100 if not compelted in class.

Algebra -  3-5 Scatter Plots and Lines of Fit -  Pg 124 15-23 was reviewed and then collected.  The daily assignment; Online Quiz/Survey 3-5 was assigned using Chromebooks along with any intervention examples.  Quiz/Survey results were also reviewed with students who scored low to discuss common mistakes.  NO HW

7th Grade Math - Problem Solving with Proportional Relationships - Yesterday's assignment Pg 113-114 was reviewed and discussed prior to Pg 104-105 in the Instruction book being modeled and reviewed together.  The daily assignment Pg 115-116 in the Practice and Problem Solving book was assigned as HW.  HW - Finish Pg 115-116

8th Grade Math -  Analyze Linear Functions -  Pg 95-96 was corrected and discussed along with modeling how to find the IV of a linear function given slope and a point.   Pg 80-81 in the Instruction book was discussed and solved together.  The dialy assignment was given; Pg 97-98 in the Practice and Problem Solving book.  HW - finishe Pg 97-98 if not compelted in class.

7th Grade Math - Problem Solving with Proportional Relationships - The quiz from Friday was returned and reviewed.  Pg 102-103 in the Instruction book was modeled and discussed in class along with key vocabulary.  Pg 113-114 in the Practice and Problem Solving book problems 1-5 was assigned as HW.  HW - Finish Pg 113-114

8th Grade Math -  Analyze Linear Functions -  Pg 93-94 from Friday was corrected.   Pg 78-79 in the Instruction book was modeled and discussed together.  The daily assignment was given; Pg 95-96 in the Practice and Problem Solving book.  HW - finishe Pg 95-96 if not compelted in class.

Algebra -  3-5 Scatter Plots and Lines of Fit - Examples 1-4 on Pgs 119-122 were modeled and discussed in class along with key vocabulary.  Students had the opportunity to work similar problems in their notes.  Students were asked to solve problems 6-8 on Pg 123 on their own for homework.  HW - finish problems 6-8 on pg 123

7th Grade Math - Equations of Proportional Relationships - Review of Pg 100-101 in the Instruction book before the Practice Quiz being given and discussed in class.  HW - Study for Lesson 11 Quiz tomorrow.

8th Grade Math -  Analyze Linear Functions -  Pg 74-75 in the Instruction book was reviewed and discussed in class.  This included a lot of review from the previous 2 lessons.  Students were given the daily assignment, Pg 91-92 in the Practice and Problem Solving book.  HW - finishe Pg 91-92 if not compelted in class.

7th Grade Math - Equations of Proportional Relationships - Assignment Pg 109-110 in the Practice and Problem Solving book from Tuesday was collected.  The daily assignment was given; Pg 100-101 in the Instruction book and students had the entire period to work and ask for assistance as needed.  HW - finish Pg 100-101 if not completed in class.
