Algebra - 1-7 Solving Equations Containing Absolute Value - Problems 5-8 on page 47 were modeled in class to provide examples of the homework problems. The daily assignment was given and students had the remainder of class to complete Pg 48 11-37 odd. HW - finish pg 48 11-37 odd if not competed in class
7th Grade Math - Convert Numbers (Fractions) to Decimals - Pages 43-44 were checked for completion. Students were given about 10 minutes of class to work on Pgs 40-41 in the Instruction book before the solution was reviewed together in class. Then the daily assignment was given; Pgs 45-46 in the Practice and Problem Solving book and students had any remaining time in class to work and ask questions. HW - finish pgs. 45-46 if not completed in class.
8th Grade Math - Understanding Pythagorean Theorem - Students had the entire period to work and ask questions of the daily assignment; Pgs. 239-240 from the Practice and Problem Solving book. NO HW
