Algebra - 3-3 Transforming Linear Functions - Students were given multiply handouts with notes on idenitifing the transformation to parent functions. The notes where discussed and reviewed. Togther problems 5-8, 10 & 12 on Pg 106-107 were completed in class so students could see how to work through sample problems and apply using their notes handouts. NO HW
7th Grade Math - Understand Proportional Relationships - Problem #6, yesterday's homework problem was reviewed in class. Next students opened their Instruction book to Pg 90-91 and those problems were modeled and discussed together. Before students were released they were given the homework assignment; Pg 99-100 in the Practice and Problem Solving book problems 1-4. HW - Pg 99-100 1-4 in the Practice and Problem Solving book
8th Grade Math - Compare Functions - HW Pg 79-80 from Monday was collected and corrected. Students were given time to answer questions on problems they missed before moving on. The daily assignment was given and students had time in class to work on Pgs 66-67 in the Instrcution book. Students who finished early where also given the option to begin to work on tomorrows assignment; Lesson 7 Practice Quiz. NO HW
