Algebra - 2-1 Write and Solve Equations in Slope Intercept Form - Class began by reviewing the three types of problems presented in this section of Chapter 2. Students were reminded of the assignments that are due for Chapter 2-1. Some students still need to finish Pg 61-62, others need to finish the online quiz 2-1. If both of those assignments are caught up and turned in students could start today's assignment WS 2-1 Additional Practice. HW - finish WS 2-1
7th Grade Math - Adding and Subtracting Rational Numbers - Together problems on Pg 54-55 of the Instruction book were modeled and solved. Then Pg 59-60 of the Practice and Problem Solving book were worked together. The first part of this lesson is review of adding and subtracting integers. Adding and subtracting decimals and fractions will follow. NO HW
8th Grade Math - Scientific Notation - Pages 32-33 in the Instruction book were modeled and solved together as a whole class. The daily assignment was given; page 35-36 with the first two problems worked together. Students assigned the next three problems as homework. HW - finish pgs 35-36
